My-TRAC is happy to announce that the project pilots have officially kicked off! Over the past months, project partners have worked hard to prepare the My-TRAC mobile application – ready to be tested in different locations across Europe: Lisbon, the Netherlands (various urban areas), Athens, and Barcelona. Are you a frequent traveller in these areas? The project is still looking for participants to test its application – read below how you can participate and win great prizes! During the pilots, the My-TRAC application will be tested by real public transport users in all locations. Project partners have collaborated with local operators to develop an app that aims to truly support travellers in their journey, and serve as a real ‘Travel Companion’. During the test period, travellers will use the My-TRAC application during their journeys and provide feedback on different aspects. How easy to use is the app? Does the app get them to their destination faster? By gathering feedback from real users, the My-TRAC project wants to see how it can improve travel experience for the traveller.
